The Procedure for Withdrawal

Admission

1. Admission is based on merit.

2. Required documents include:

   • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution.

   • A copy of the mark list from the qualifying examination.

3. Parent/guardian presence is mandatory for signing the admission form.

Attendance and Name Removal

1. If a student is absent for three consecutive days after reopening without a written leave application:

   • Their name will be removed from the rolls.

2. If a student is absent for ten consecutive days without a leave application:

   • Their name will be struck off the rolls.

3. In either case, re-admission will be treated as fresh admission.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

1. Application for TC must be submitted by the parent/guardian.

2. TC will only be issued after:

   • All dues and arrears towards the school are cleared.

3. For mid-year withdrawals:

   • Fees and dues for the entire year must be paid for the TC to be issued.

This policy ensures smooth functioning and accountability for both students and the institution.
